Cold rolled galvanized steel plate, aluminum alloy or stainless steel is used as for the frame, ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper is used as the filter media, and offset paper or aluminum foil is used as the separator. The corrugated separators maintain precise pleat spacing and allows the filter to make full use of the media at minimum resistance.
High filtration efficiency: The latest environmental protection polyurethane is used as a sealant to completely seal the filter media and the frame to prevent air leakage. Paneled high efficiency air filters can capture 0.3μm particles with an efficiency of 99.99%.
