FFU  is a high clean instrument for clean room, especially for semiconductor, LCD industry. It is installed on the ceiling and it matches for the requirement of big quantity in the clean room. Customized design is available.
FFU is short for Fan Filter Unit, which is a kind of air supply device that has motive power and filtering function. Air is brought in top of FFU as passing through HEPA Filters, filtered air comes out of outlet evenly; Modules connection running.

FFU provides clean air and particle controlling. FFU is installed on ceiling of clean room (25%to100% cover rate), general dimension is 2'*4' or 4'*4'.
Application: Applying in class 10000 to class 10 of clean room, even forming ultra clean line, clean closet and etc.
