V-type large air volume medium efficiency filter:
The material is chemical fiber material, polyester, polyamine, PP synthetic fiber filter cotton, and the outer frame is aluminum alloy profile or galvanized frame.
Average efficiency (colorimetry) between 45% and 95%;
This filter material adheres the metal mesh to the air outlet to prevent vibration and keep the folding scene consistent;
The outer frame is made of a sturdy, moisture-proof cardboard frame, which will not deform or break under normal operating conditions;
The filter media is fixed diagonally before and after the frame. The tight adhesion of the filter material to the outer frame prevents any air leakage.
This series of folded view filters can accumulate larger dust on both sides of the bottom of the folded view and can effectively filter other fine dust;
In general, the deeper the folded field, the longer the service life.
This medium-efficiency filter is used in the intermediate stage of air filtration, mainly filtering fine dust above 1-10um;
