1. The rigid polyurethane in cold storage board has low thermal conductivity and good thermal performance. When the density of rigid polyurethane is 35 ~ 40kg/m3, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018 ~ 0.024w/(m k), which is about half of EPS, which is lower than that of all thermal insulation materials at present.
2. Rigid polyurethane is moisture-proof and waterproof. Rigid polyurethane has a closed cell rate of over 90%, which is a hydrophobic material, and will not increase the thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption, and the wall will not leak water.
3, rigid polyurethane fire, flame retardant, high temperature resistance. After adding flame retardant, polyurethane is a kind of flame-retardant self-extinguishing material, its softening point can reach above 250 degrees Celsius, and it will decompose only at higher temperature. In addition, the polyurethane in cold storage board will form carbon deposits on its foam surface when burning, which helps to isolate the foam below. Can effectively prevent the flame from spreading. Moreover, polyurethane does not produce harmful gases at high temperature.
4, the deformation resistance is strong, it is not easy to crack, and the facing is stable and safe.
5. The porosity structure of polyurethane material is stable, and it is basically a closed-cell structure, which not only has excellent thermal insulation performance, but also has good freeze-thaw resistance and sound absorption. The average life of rigid foam polyurethane insulation structure can reach more than 30 years under normal use and maintenance conditions. It can be achieved that the structure in cold storage board will not be damaged under the normal service conditions during its service life, under the influence of external factors such as dryness, humidity or electrochemical corrosion, as well as the growth of insects, fungi or algae or the damage of rodents.
