FRP sandwich panel also know as GRP/FRP composite panel, which is structure is FRP skin+ core material (XPS/PU Foam/PP Honeycomb/plywood/PMI/EPS)+ FRP skin.

The materials used in a sandwich composite panel consist of thin,lightweight,low-density core. These are bonded together in a wet lay-up process,wet lay-up and vacuum bagged ,prepreg and oven cured, or in a post process bonding application where cured composite skins are boned to a core using film adhesive,vacuum bagged and oven cured.

 Fiberglass PU sandwich panel is calculated by the manufactured square meter/core materials/thickness. For a more accurate quote, we'd need some dimensioned sketches from you of panel required.

4. What is the difference between fiberglass sheet and a fiberglass composited panel?
 

-Fiberglass composited panel is a sandwich panel utilizing EPS/XPS/PU/PP/PVC/Plywood/Solid Wood as a core. A fiberglass sheet is just a lining that is used to clad the board. The fiberglass sheeting is in most cases added to both sides of the core material.

5. Can this product be incorporated into a steel frame building?
 

-Yes, steel framed structures can be filled with the extruded polystyrene, then cladded with fiberglass.
