Product Introduction

1. Evaporative cooling pad use high polymer paper material and space crossing linking technology. The height of corrugation is divided into 5mm and 7mm, and the angle of corrugation is 45°×45° staggered with high water absorbability, high water-resistant, anti-midew and long service life.
2.The evaporation area is 26 times larger than the surface (calculated by 15cm thick 7090 model) with evaporation efficiency over 85%. A drop of water can diffuse in 4-5 seconds. The height of natural water absorbability is 60-70mm/5 minutes. 200mm/hours, achieving international standard.
3.Strict production as per standard, width of 600mm cooling pad involves 85 sheets: raw material adopts high quality kraft paper(thickness:0.18-0.20mm, tension resistance at 70N, absorbability height as 45mm/10 minutes, moisture at 58%, humidity at 18N)
4.The product conforms to RoHS Reach environmental protection standard and does not contain Phenol or any other chemical substances which easily makes skin allergy. It's non-toxic and harmless to human body while installed, and it's green, safe, energy saving, environment protection and applicable.
5.Cooling pad has the outsatanding anti-mildew, anti-bacterial effect and anti-algae, it can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria and keep the air natural and fresh.

This cooling pad has been used together with the vacuum fan in animal husbandary, industry, greenhouse and environmental air conditioners, etc.
