By changing the variety and density of the insulation material, the noise caused by the collision on the metal surface is reduced, and the noise generated by sympathetic vibration is suppressed by the sound insulation core material. Through the combination of the regular perforation on metal plate and the sound absorbing material inside the plate, different sound absorption effect is produced. The noise reduction effect is based on the frequency of external noise and the thickness of the core material, not less than 29 decibel. There are two kind of acoustic panels, machine-made and hand-made.
